Terms and conditions
1.1 Bookings can be made provisionally either over the phone, or by email but will not become a firm booking until at least 50% deposit has been received, or if you prefer, full payment and the necessary forms have been filled in.
1.2 If you are a new client an in-home “meet & greet” consultation will be required (there is no charge for this)
2.1 Full payment must be received in full before the first scheduled day of service.
2.2 Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash or cheque. Cheques must be received at least 10 days prior to the first scheduled day of service to enable the cheque to clear.
3.1 All cancellations received 7+ days in advance of the first day of the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
3.2 Cancellations 3 to 7 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
3.3 Cancellations less than 3 days in advance are non-refundable.
4.1 Where it is necessary for me to hold any keys to your property your keys will be coded and kept within a locked security system.
4.2 Keys will be returned to you upon completion of the service agreement providing all fees have been paid.
4.3 I will not post keys through your letter box or leave them in your property on the last day of service in case of any delay in your return.
